Portions of Arizona immigration law placed on hold

The MSM is running wild with all kinds of inaccurate headlines:

“Police barred from determining immigration status”

“Judge blocks AZ law”

“Arizona immigration law: key parts struck down by judge”

Surprisingly, the most fair and balanced news story I’ve seen so far is from the Arizona Republic. Their article accurately points out that “U.S. District Court Judge Susan Bolton has issued a preliminary injunction preventing several sections of Arizona’s new immigration law from becoming law, at least until the courts have a chance to hear the full case.” The law has not been invalidated or overturned. Several sections of it have been placed on hold until a full trial can be held.
